Introduced in 2025 the MSc (Master of Science) in Business Law is designed for individuals who aspire to acquire dual expertise and take on significant roles in the corporate world. KEDGE Business School offers a programme that prepares future leaders to help companies navigate legal risks and align business strategies with ever-evolving regulations. By blending business, law, and ethics, this programme equips students with the skills to become trusted advisers and contribute meaningfully to the success of global enterprises.  Perfectly aligned with the needs of today’s fast-changing market and the growing demand for companies to comply with evolving regulations. Focused on international perspectives, it trains students to master business law and responsible business conduct.

Programme Overview

The MSc in business law, responsible business conduct (RBC) & compliance prepares students for a range of emerging roles in the dynamic fields of regulatory compliance and legal oversight. Graduates will be well-equipped to take on responsibilities in positions such as regulatory compliance expert, in-house legal officer, and legal compliance specialist. These roles are critical for multinational companies, financial institutions, accounting firms, and international organisations navigating complex regulatory frameworks.

A strategic location

Located in the heart of the city in the exceptional Lumière Building, one of Paris's largest business centres (and business ecosystems), KEDGE Paris is a place of versatility, designed as a bridge between innovation and people, placing entrepreneurship at the centre of the school's philosophy.

Located within the 135,000m2 Lumière building and  spread over 2 floors, it is comprised of two wings linked by a central atrium of 52,000m2. The school not only responds to a functional and technological role  but also brings in an emotional factor, a necessity to meet the aspirations of its different audiences. Everything is based on the profound renewal of teaching by placing entrepreneurship at the centre of the school's philosophy.

    1. Create your profile on join.kedge.edu
    2. Choose a programme
    3. Apply for a merit scholarship*
    4. Answer motivational questions
    5. Upload the mandatory documents: 
        -A CV
        -A piece of identification (ID card or passport)
        -The last diploma obtained
        -Transcripts from the latest diploma
        -Proof of enrolment (current academic year), if applicable.
        -Proof of English score (as mentionned in the dedicated section)***
    6. Upload the optional documents: 
        -Additional diplomas
        -A letter of recommendation
        -A certificate of employment.
    7. Pay the application fee of 120€** per credit card to complete the application.

*For international candidates only.
**Any application for which the fees have not been paid will be considered incomplete and will not be processed. This application fee is non-refundable and cannot be used for applications to other KEDGE programmes. 
***This requirement may be waived if you have completed at least one year of study in a fully English-taught programme or worked for at least one year in an English-speaking country.

Eligibility results

The admissions team will review your application in order to declare you eligible based on the prerequisites and the academic and professional level required for the programme in question. A confirmation email will be sent to you the following week from join@kedgebs.com. Please check your spam folder and to add this email address to your recipients to receive future communications.

Selection tests

If you are deemed eligible, you will automatically receive an invitation by email from join@kedgebs.com. This invitation will allow you to log in and select an available interview date. We strongly recommend booking your interview within 72 hours to ensure you have the widest choice of time slots and can organise yourself at your convenience. After this period, the admissions team will assign you a slot from the next available session.

Motivational interview:

The motivational interview lasts 20 to 30 minutes, and is conducted in the programme's language. Its purpose is to better understand each candidate’s personality, academic background, and professional goals, and to ensure their alignment with the DNA and content of the chosen programme.
This interview is not meant to unsettle or test candidates, but rather to clarify the programme’s expectations and assess the candidate’s strengths, with the aim of ensuring a successful academic journey.

 

Written assignment (optional):

Prior to the motivational interview, you may be asked to complete a written assignment sent by email. This work must be returned to the jury by email before the interview and will help evaluate how well your profile matches the programme’s requirements. The format of this assignment may vary depending on the programme (e.g. case study, text analysis, theoretical quiz, etc.). Detailed instructions will be provided in due time.

Admission results

Following the selection assessments, the admission decision will be sent to you by email the following week (see the selection dates schedule), from the address join@kedgebs.com.  Depending on the evaluation of the programme manager and their admissions committee, you may be admitted, conditionally admitted, placed on the waiting list*, or not admitted.

Please note that the programme’s decision is final. If admitted, your official admission letter, signed by the programme director, will be attached to the email.

* For candidates placed on the waiting list, the final decision will be communicated within a maximum of 4 weeks.

Reception of your registration file

If you are admitted, you will receive an invitation to access your online registration portal. Completing this step is mandatory to secure your place for the upcoming intake and to access all KEDGE resources. You will have 10 days from the date of your admission letter to log in to the portal, submit the required information, and pay the deposit. After this deadline, your admission will be considered withdrawn.
