KEDGE Bachelor evolves to train hybrid skill profiles

KEDGE Business School is upgrading its Bachelor program from 2026 with new specializations, flexible formats and dual-skill pathways to better match employer expectations and student needs.

KEDGE Business School reshapes its Bachelor program

KEDGE Business School is adapting its Bachelor program to keep pace with rapid changes in the job market. As companies increasingly look for graduates who combine technical, managerial and sector-specific expertise, the school is introducing several major updates starting in 2026.

The goal is to offer a more flexible, personalized and career-oriented learning experience.

Good to know :

Hybrid profiles combining business, technology and industry knowledge are now among the most sought-after by employers.

A more flexible academic structure

One of the key changes is a redesigned weekly schedule, with classes condensed into 2.5 days. This new format allows students to better balance their studies with personal or professional commitments.

It is particularly suited for student-athletes, entrepreneurs, working students or those with additional responsibilities.

New specializations aligned with industry needs

KEDGE is also expanding its academic offer with targeted specializations across campuses.

In Paris, a new “Food, Wine & Hospitality” track will be introduced in partnership with the Collège Culinaire de France. Delivered in English and supported by KEDGE Wine School, the program blends management skills with strong industry immersion.

In Toulon, a specialization in international business development will focus on global markets, negotiation, B2B marketing and geopolitics, with a strong emphasis on practical, real-world learning.

Key takeaway :

These new tracks aim to prepare students for fast-changing industries requiring cross-disciplinary expertise.

Dual-skill pathways to boost employability

KEDGE is also introducing a pathway combining management and accounting. Students will be able to follow courses from the DCG (Diplôme de Comptabilité et de Gestion) alongside their Bachelor.

This structured approach allows students to build complementary skills while strengthening their career prospects.

A double degree combining AI and management

To address the growing importance of artificial intelligence, KEDGE is launching a double degree in partnership with an engineering school. This four-year program combines technological expertise with strategic management.

Students will be trained to operate at the intersection of business and technology.

A program aligned with today’s job market

With these updates, KEDGE Business School reinforces its ambition to train agile, adaptable and job-ready graduates.

By combining flexible formats, specialized tracks and hybrid skill development, the KEDGE Bachelor positions itself as a program aligned with both student expectations and evolving business needs.
