Program overview

Le programme de master en management des ressources humaines a pour objectifs de permettre aux diplômés  :

  • d'occuper et animer des postes de responsabilité dans les entreprises publiques, privées, les collectivités locales et autres organisations ;
  • de concevoir et superviser la gestion  administrative et informatisée du personnel ;
  • de traiter et analyser les problèmes techniques liés à la gestion de ressources humaines (analyse de poste, application de politique de rémunération, élaboration de plan de formation) ;
  • de concevoir et suivre l’application du plan de communication et des relations sociales au sein de l’entreprise ;
  • d'organiser l’animation des équipes de travail.
